Mr. Cress is a founding Principal and Managing Member of Prospectus, LLC where he has specialized in the firm’s investment, development, and construction management activities since 1987. During the last ten years Cress has also established and served as President of two new companies on behalf of Prospectus: Hybrid Parking Solutions which specialized in designing and constructing long-span parking structures across the northeast; and most recently Orbis Real Estate Consulting which acquires and manages long term CRE mortgages on behalf of large institutional clients. During his 40-year real estate career, he has managed the successful development of multiple commercial and residential real estate projects throughout New England from inception, through acquisition, permitting, construction, rent-up, and disposition. Prior to Prospectus, he was the founder and president of C-Q Construction Corp., a full service general contracting company engaged in providing construction services to third party customers. During this time he developed several residential and commercial for his own account. Cress is a graduate of Tufts University with a bachelors degree in economics. He is a licensed contractor and Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. His professional affiliations include designation as an American Arbitration Association Construction Arbitrator, Chairman emeritus of the Elderly Housing Committee for the Town of Weston MA. He is a long-serving member of the Trustee’s Committee on Buildings and Grounds at Tufts University.
