In addition to its development and investment expertise, Prospectus provides consulting services in land planning, highest and best use analysis, valuation, financial analysis, and construction management. We have consulted on hundreds of projects throughout New England, ranging from tax analysis for conservation easement on exceptional land parcels to the management construction of an international bank headquarters. Since we are “in the field” with our own projects and investments, we bring both analytical and practical experience to each consulting project, differentiating ourselves from pure consultants. In the process of helping many people outside Prospectus, we have established relationships which benefits our own projects.
