As a Prospectus Principal, Mr. Hintlian is responsible for managing a full range of investment and development activities for commercial properties that the firm either invests in and/or develops. Additionally, he participates with other Prospectus Principals in planning and implementing overall firm investment and development goals and strategies. Prior to joining Prospectus, Mr. Hintlian was an Executive Vice President at the Marcus Organization, the New York based real estate firm that managed the development of the One and Two Canal Park and Davenport Buildings located in East Cambridge MA totaling over 500,000/sf of first class office space. He is a graduate of Tufts University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Mr. Hintlian is a trustee of Tufts University.
